Exile Rules 17.4

Every April we reassess the rulebook to allow for things we have learned throughout the

year.  Some years we only tweak things that are discovered to be too weak or too strong.  Other years we do a full overhaul, having taken input from the players and implementing ideas that the player base wants to see in the game world.

Exile Rulebook 17.4 is from April 2017, and will be current up to November 2018, when we are hoping to implement fixes we have been compiling throughout the year.
