Like any game, there are things you want the GMs to know.  Things like backstory, allergies, character fears, magic item requests, requests for special recipes, and so on.

Our game has grown a little past the point where just messaging a GM about these is ok.  At this point, we are drawing attention to this list of submission forms and asking that everyone use them for official requests and submissions, so we have all of the information in one place for easy access.
